Elevator Pitch No. 2

2) A reflection on the feedback you received from your last pitch.
I think that being enthusiastic stood out to me as important.

The feedback surprised you the most is that I could team up with the Bubble Tea places in Gainesville.

I cannot find any feedback that was outright wrong or silly.
3) What did you change, based on the feedback?
I have become more energetic when delivering my pitch.

  1. I'd suggest expanding from "students all over the world" to "people all over the world," which expands your audience from just college students to anyone near the campus.
The "just one click" is great, because it emphasizes that the process is easy and quick.

I was a little confused by the smooth milk -> pearls in your mouth transition, so you might want to expand that idea a bit. (You said "Bubble tea" and I got it, but for a few seconds, I wasn't listening to your pitch; I was trying to figure out why I'd want to eat semi-precious stones.)

    Good luck!!

  2. Your idea sounds pretty good. The only thing with your pitch is maybe a little more energy. I think if you actually try to make this company one of you biggest problems will be keeping the drinks fresh on the way to deliveries, it wouldn't be cost effective to deliver in a giant refrigerator truck. You will have to find some magical coolers. Heres a link to my post http://thegarrick.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch-no-1.html

  3. Hello,

I love the idea of bubble tea and would like to hear more about the flavors. I love the idea of being able to have it made to order and think that is a great selling point. I thought your video had enough energy, it’s obvious you are passionate about your product, I am thinking you growing your customer base may be difficult as many people will need to learn about your product. Having an event and giving away some free samples may get you started on the right foot. Check out my pitch at: http://melbufent3003.blogspot.com/2016/02/melb-elevator-pitch-no-2.html

  4. Although I personally don’t really enjoy bubble tea, a lot of my friends do and I think this would be a great business. I think you should do a loyalty program as well to promote people to come back and give them special deals for keeping their business with you. Also, I think a name would be pretty important for the company. How about something like Bubble Tea and Company? Here’s a link to my blog and I wish you luck with this idea.

  5. Very well done! I liked how descriptive you delivered your pitch. I understood clearly your idea and how you are going to sell it. I love bubble tea and feel it is a great idea, but I also wonder how you would compete with the two bubble tea establishments. I feel if the price is bellow what they are selling it for and it tastes great, then this product could be a hit.
